You may not use Raigozen's Website Builder, SaaS Tools, AI Solutions, or Mobile App Development services to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Publish or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content designed to compromise another system or deceive users about who's really behind it.
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights.
- Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, site, or data, or to this platform's own infrastructure (including probing, scanning, or load-testing it without our written permission).
- Send unsolicited bulk email/spam through any Raigozen feature (contact forms, transactional email, AI-generated content, etc.).
- Resell or sublicense API access (AI Solutions API keys, webhooks) outside the terms of your plan.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan gating (e.g. sharing one account's credentials across many users to bypass a seat limit).
- Use the AI features to generate content that violates this policy — see the AI Usage Policy for AI-specific rules.
- Upload files containing malware, or exceeding the stated size/type limits by attempting to disguise a file's real type.
Website Builder-published sites specifically
Sites you publish through Raigozen are your own content and your own responsibility, but must not violate the rules above. We reserve the right to unpublish (not silently modify) a site that clearly violates this policy, with notice where practical.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity — see the Terms of Service for how termination works. We do not proactively monitor all user content, but will act on reports and clear violations we become aware of.
