How Raigozen protects your account, your payments and your customers' information.
Phone numbers, messages, notes, delivery addresses and AI chat history are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), so a leaked backup or database copy shows only scrambled text. Email addresses and names stay readable so you can search and sign in.
Cards, UPI and netbanking are entered in Razorpay's PCI DSS certified checkout. Raigozen never sees or stores card numbers, and every payment is confirmed with Razorpay before anything is switched on.
Turn on an authenticator app for your account in Settings, so a stolen password alone isn't enough to get in.
When your account is signed in to from somewhere new, we email you, with a link to secure your account straight away if it wasn't you.
Give each person on your site the role they need, from viewer to editor, and remove access at any time.
Billing and access changes are kept in an audit log that can only be added to, never edited or deleted.
